Having articulated the [[Customer Value Proposition]] and [[Profit formula]] the next step is to identify key resources and processes required to deliver the value. What these are greatly differs per industry and business. Often it is not about individual processes and resources but how they are uniquely related to each other. Integrating key processes and resources in a unique way to get a job done for a set of customers is a good way to create a [[Sustainable Competitive Advantage]].
